The Grass Machete 14 Inch (1279) machete from Ka-Bar is equipped with a blade almost 36 centimeters long, made of a single piece of 1085 carbon steel. The blade has a classic Straight Back shape with a special, two-level flat cut and a plain cutting edge, started a significant notch. This tool is entirely covered with a layer of epoxy paint, powder-coated to eliminate light reflections and protect the steel against corrosion and external factors. The machete is well balanced, and its large and massive blade allows you to effectively perform camp work, chop wood or chop tree trunks for firewood.
The Grass Machete handle is made of Kraton G elastomer (thermoplastic rubber) in black. This material is characterized by high resistance to heat, weather conditions and chemicals, while maintaining flexibility and adhesion.
