Sleeveless tops or vests are the perfect element of clothing that protects the torso against heat loss. Manufacturers of leading brands such as Carinthia, Helikon and Snugpak offer both vests lined with G-Loft or Climashield fillings, but there are also light vests made of softshell materials that are supposed to protect against wind and moisture.
