The Ka-Bar Jarosz Rambler Skeleton knife (7001BP) is an ultra-light, low-profile and one-piece knife with a skeleton handle, designed by American knifemaker Jesse Jarosz. The Drop Point blade, skeleton construction and neck carrying sheath with friction lock make this knife a great addition to your EDC equipment.
The Jarosz Rambler Skeleton knife from Ka-Bar is made of one piece of 5Cr15MoV stainless steel with a satin finish and a thickness of 3.2 millimeters. The steel used is characterized by very good sharpening parameters and high corrosion resistance. The knife has a Drop Point blade with a hollow cut and a plain cutting edge. Thanks to the use of a false cutting edge on the back of the blade, the knife's penetration parameters have been improved.
The skeleton handle allows you to maintain a low profile of the tool, making the knife extremely light and easy to hide under clothing. An additional advantage of this design is the ability to braid the handle yourself using a paracord cord or strap, thanks to which we can influence the profile of the handle, its ergonomics and grip in the hand. The handle of the Rambler knife has a shallow recess for the index finger and a small crossguard, which protects the user from slipping his hand onto the blade. The handle also has a hole for a wrist safety lanyard.
The knife comes with a polymer sheath with a friction lock and a large hole for a chain or paracord, adapted to carry the knife around the neck or in a pocket.
