Spyderco Endura 4 FRN Emerson Opener (C10PGYW) is a medium-sized folding knife with the patented Emerson Wave quick opening system. This model combines modern design and high-quality materials. This makes the knife a universal and reliable tool, regardless of whether it will be used for camping or everyday use (EDC).
The knife has a Saber-shaped blade made of high-quality Japanese VG-10 steel, which has excellent cutting properties, keeps sharpness well and is resistant to corrosion. The blade also has a characteristic Spyder Hole, which, in addition to its aesthetic value, allows the knife to be easily opened with one hand. The folder is also equipped with a second way of unfolding - the so-called Wave Emerson, allowing you to quickly open a folder when taking it out of your pocket. On opening, the blade is secured with a Back Lock with a Boye Dent cutout to prevent accidental release. Additionally, the blade has black coating, which protects against damage, reduces reflections and emphasizes the tactical character of the knife.
The handles are made of light and durable nylon FRN polymer, which thanks to the two-way texture provides a good grip when operating the knife. The handle has a metal clip for convenient carrying in a pocket or belt. The clip can be attached in four different configurations. At the end of the handle, there is also a hole for a safety rope.
