The Mini Dozier Folding Hunter knife from Ka-Bar is equipped with a drop point satin blade made of Japanese AUS 8A stainless steel with a thickness of 2.4 millimeters. It has a high hollow cut, ending with a plain cutting edge. The knife blade is extracted from the handle using a one-sided thumb pin at the base of the blade, the pin can be reinstalled under the left hand. The knife is equipped with a Lockback, which prevents the knife from folding during operation. The blade has a corrugation on the spine at the base of the blade, which provides good support for the thumb when cutting precisely and improves the shortened handle of the knife.
The ergonomic knife handle, made entirely of zytel - a composite based on nylon reinforced with glass fiber, is extremely light and durable. The linings have a textured surface, thanks to which the knife fits securely in the hand and does not slip even in unfavorable weather conditions. The handle is equipped with a steel pocket clip in the tip-up position that can be installed under the left hand. There is a hole in the handle head for a wrist safety lanyard.
