The Ka-Bar Combat Kukri (1280) machete from an American manufacturer is an approximately 20% smaller version of the Ka-Bar Kukri (1249) machete, which is highly valued on the market. Embedded in a Kraton elastomer handle topped with a solid steel head. Sold in a set with a nylon sheath, enriched with a stiff Kydex blade cover.
The Combat Kukri (1280) machete from Ka-Bar is armed with a blade almost 22 centimeters long, made of a single piece of 4.3 mm thick 1095 Cro-Van carbon steel with an admixture of chrome and vanadium. This tool is entirely covered with a layer of epoxy paint, powder-coated to eliminate light reflections and protect the steel against corrosion and external factors. The machete is very well balanced, the center of gravity of the machete has been moved significantly to the front of the blade, which allows you to perform camp work, chop wood or chop tree trunks for firewood, much more effectively.
The Combat Kukri handle is made of Kraton G elastomer (thermoplastic rubber) in black.
