Benchmade Bugout Gray Aluminum (535BK-4) an ultra-light EDC knife in the premium version, which uses M390 super steel, aviation aluminum handle and accessories with a red finish. Small dimensions and the use of high-quality materials ensure reliability and a versatility of this knife.
The knife uses a blade with a useful drop-point profile, made of high-quality M390 steel, which is considered the best steel in the world that can be found in factory knives. This stainless steel with a very high content of vanadium and carbon, due to hardening to a hardness of 59-61 HRC. M390 is highly resistant to abrasion and corrosion. The blade made of it has great cutting properties and excellent retention. When choosing a hard steel knife, you should get a diamond sharpener, because sharpening with a standard ceramic whetstone can be very laborious and ineffective.
The blade can be conveniently unfolded with one hand, thanks to the use of a double-sided pin (made of anodized aluminum), thus enabling comfortable operation of the knife for right and left-handed people.
