Cold Steel Super Edge (42SS) is a hard working sheath knife in the very smallest package available. This rugged little workhorse can cut through the tough materials that would make a bigger knife "choke".
The knife has a very durable construction, based on a 2 mm thick, Spear Point shaped blade. The model is made of AUS 8A stainless steel, which provides good cutting properties and is very easy to sharpen, even in the field.
The handle is made of a rubber-like and very durable Kraton material, which absorbs some shocks, provides a comfortable and secure grip, even with wet or dirty hands. The set also includes a high-quality sheath made of Secure-Ex polymer.
