Designed to sharpen kitchen, work, or outdoor sporting knives in under 10 passes. Every steel is different: strokes and effort needed to sharpen may vary. DO NOT use heavy pressure, it will risk damaging your blade or the sharpener; not to mention for the safety of the user, as well. Sharpening angles are pre-set at 22.5º to achieve a 45º inclusive angle.
