Eze-Lap Diamond Butcher Steel Sharpener Fine (EZLG) is a sharpener in the form of a rounded file, coated with 600 grit diamond dust. This will allow you to quickly sharpen slightly dull edges of kitchen knives, cutlery or household tools. The stone is suitable for all types of steel and ceramics, it is not recommended to use any oils, we work dry or with the use of water.
IMPORTANT: Chipping of the abrasive layer is normal on a new diamond whetstone and should resolve when the stone is lapped. However, you should not apply high pressure during sharpening, because it significantly accelerates the wear of the diamond whetstone, especially in the case of gradations higher than 600.
