The Tac&Med Poland Small Trauma Pack is an innovative low-profile medical backpack developed in collaboration with GTW Gear and frontline medics in Ukraine and Polish Special Forces. Its standout feature is its complete modularity and endless configuration options thanks to PALS slots on the front and sides, allowing for seamless attachment of additional pouches and accessories.

Designed for versatility, it can be carried as a standard backpack, mounted directly onto a plate carrier or chest rig using the included special adapters. The main compartment, fully lined with soft loop material, opens all around with a weather-resistant zipper, giving unrestricted access to its contents. Inside, it features a flat divider with laser-cut slots, space for a shear pouch, and three modular inner pouches for customizable organization. The front flat zippered pocket is perfect for carrying splints or other flat medical items.

Constructed from durable 500D Cordura® and Cordura® laminate with KROKO and YKK water-resistant zippers, combined with high-quality components from Murdock, Duraflex, and 2M, the pack ensures maximum durability and reliability in the most demanding environments. A 3mm micro-foam padded back panel enhances comfort and stability during extended wear.
