The Carinthia SOF 3 sleeping bag is a lightweight winter sleeping bag from the latest, innovative "SOF Fast & Light" series, specially designed for military operations and outdoor adventures. The sleeping bag offers a comfort limit of -8°C thanks to a triple layer of G-LOFT® insulation with a total weight of 275 g/m², and weighs only 1,900 g (size L).

The Carinthia SOF 3 provides insulation and protection even in the most extreme weather conditions. Specifically designed for applications where reliability is required in harsh conditions—whether during military operations or demanding outdoor adventures—the SOF 3 is the first choice for extreme cold.

Equipped with three layers of G-LOFT® insulation at 85 g/m² each, totaling 275 g/m², this sleeping bag delivers excellent thermal properties with a comfort limit of -8.0°C. Despite its impressive insulation capability, the SOF 3 remains handy, thanks to its compact packed dimensions of 19 x 27 cm and weight of 1,900 g (size L), making it easy to transport and store.

The two-way zipper, equipped with large, user-friendly sliders and anti-snag tape, prevents accidental jamming and facilitates easy handling.

The Carinthia SOF 3 uses advanced G-LOFT® insulation, which combines exceptional lightness, high thermal efficiency, and moisture resistance. Thanks to the unique structure of bi-component fibers, G-LOFT® provides excellent insulating properties and thermal comfort. The natural "clusters" formed by these fibers trap air in numerous small pockets, ensuring outstanding heat retention with minimal weight.

The G-LOFT® insulation is also distinguished by its ability to retain its loft and shape even after multiple compressions, thanks to the so-called memory effect. After unfolding the sleeping bag, G-LOFT® quickly regains its original volume, ensuring full insulation. Unlike natural down, G-LOFT® fibers do not absorb moisture, which means the sleeping bag maintains high thermal efficiency even in humid conditions.

Additionally, G-LOFT® is extremely breathable, allowing for effective temperature regulation during outdoor sleep. The combination of low weight, excellent compression, and outstanding insulation makes G-LOFT® the ideal solution for demanding users seeking reliability in all conditions.

The Carinthia SOF 3 features a durable polyamide outer material and a convenient two-way zipper that allows intuitive opening and closing. Thanks to a thoughtful color-coding system, the SOF 3 sleeping bag can be quickly and easily identified. All sleeping bags from the Carinthia SOF (Special Operations Forces) series can be combined, allowing for flexible adaptation to a wide range of climatic conditions and individual needs.

The Carinthia SOF "Fast & Light" line has been developed for professional users who place great importance on reducing pack size and having the ideal sleeping bag for every situation and a wide temperature range. The three sleeping bags from the SOF series can be optimally combined, covering a temperature range from +10°C to -25°C.
