Holosun DRS-TH (Digital Reflex Sight - Thermal): Advanced Reflex Sight with Thermal Imaging
The Holosun DRS-TH is a professional tool equipped with advanced thermal imaging, allowing for operations both day and night. With its compact design and high-quality construction, this sight is reliable even in harsh weather conditions, meeting the IP67 standard, which ensures full protection against dust and water.
The DRS-TH is equipped with an advanced thermal sensor that detects the environment and converts thermal waves into an image visible on the integrated OLED display. The thermal imaging sensor operates independently of external light sources, enabling effective detection of objects even in complete darkness. The sensor displays an image with a 256 x 192-pixel resolution, providing detailed viewing and increasing targeting efficiency.
The Holosun DRS-TH offers additional features such as video recording and single-shot photography. Its internal memory allows for storage of recordings for later viewing. To access stored files, the sight can be connected to a computer via a USB cable.
The device is powered by two 18350 rechargeable batteries (included) or, alternatively, by two CR123 batteries. Note that only the rechargeable batteries can be charged using the USB cable; attempting to charge standard batteries may damage the device.
The sight mounts on a standard Picatinny rail, and the robust locking screw allows for easy mounting and dismounting without needing additional tools. The DRS-TH performs best in open spaces away from reflective surfaces like glass or mirrors.
The OLED display refreshes at a rate of 50 FPS, ensuring smooth and clear visuals. The reflex sight is as advanced as the thermal imager, featuring LED illumination of aiming points on the lens. There are three options: a 2 MOA dot, a 65 MOA circle, or a combination of both, allowing the user to tailor aiming to personal preferences and environmental conditions.
Each system—reflex sight and thermal imager—has its own set of control buttons, enhancing ease of use. The reflex sight is calibrated at 0.5 MOA per click within a +/- 50 MOA range. Thanks to the digital zoom system, users can access magnification from 1x to 5x, which is particularly useful for precise targeting at various distances.
