The A5 Notebook Case from the Tasmanian Tiger brand consists of a double-leaf folder in the above-mentioned format, with a stiff filling inside both wings, thanks to which it effectively protects and maintains the transferred documentation. On the outer space of the front of the case there is a large space of soft Velcro, allowing you to personalize the cover or mark the purpose of the case depending on the documents used inside it (e.g.: spatial planning, handling road incidents, investigative activities). Along with the ID panel, on the front wall along the outer edge, there are two flexible grommets for anchoring additional equipment (for example: an additional writing instrument, an ID badge with a facility pass). On the back of the folder there are two eyelets located on the upper and lower edges with an elastic bungee cord installed, serving as a clamp to close and secure the case complete with documentation.
Inside the cover there are numerous pockets of various sizes and purposes: on the front wing there is a large slotted pocket for a notebook or a map (A5 format) with a small patch of soft Velcro sewn on, which allows you to additionally mark the documentation carried in it. On the outer space of the mentioned pocket there are three flexible grommets with an additional open bellows pocket below, intended for writing utensils and effectively protecting against the loss of carried tools. Right next to the organizer for accessories, there are three slotted pockets (one on top of the other) with the width of an ATM card and different depths, allowing you to carry ID cards, payment cards, various notes and mandate forms. The smallest of these pockets, which is located at the very bottom (and therefore on top), is made of transparent vinyl with a trim, allowing full visibility into the note or ID badge. On the opposite wing of the folder there are two large slotted pockets, one with the same orientation and capacity as the pocket on the front wing and the other with a vertical orientation with an inlet parallel to the fold of the case. The use of such large and capacious pockets will allow you to carry maps, additional notebooks, necessary notes and all collected documentation.
The product is made of Cordura with a fiber thickness of 700 Den. Composition 100% polyamide.
CORDURA® with a fiber thickness of 700 den is a combination of high wear and tear resistance of the classic 1000 den fabric with the lightness of a fabric with a fiber thickness of 500 den. This material is characterized by long-term stability and high abrasion and tear resistance.
