Modular Weapon Fixation Set VL is a nine-piece set of modular weapon mounts, dedicated to installation on Velcro surfaces. An adapter for small loop surfaces, an adjustable funnel for the weapon barrel, five attachments with variable clamp width and two attachments for MOLLE platforms, and each element reinforced with Hypalon will allow you to adapt the installation to any type of weapon.
The set of mountings consists of nine separate elements that allow you to adapt the holder to various types of weapons and to the variability of its installation location.
The first element of the set is an adapter for small loop surfaces, which allows you to increase the mounting surface to dimensions of 100mm x 225mm, thanks to which the weapon can be mounted stably and safely in backpacks and bags that do not have sufficient loop space. The adapter also allows you to extend the large space with an additional space for the barrel of a rifle or sniper weapon, allowing you to secure the barrel with an adjustable muzzle protection funnel, even when its dimensions exceed the available installation space (using the set, for example, with Modular Front Seat Panel No. 7548).
Another element of the set is an adjustable muzzle protection funnel for the weapon, consisting of a single sheet of 420D nylon reinforced with Hypalon, supplemented with Velcro integration spaces, allowing you to adjust the size of the funnel to current needs.
The set also includes three clamps fastened with Velcro on large fastening panels and two clamps on small fastening panels based on Velcro (hooks) for installation on loop surfaces. The mentioned handles have the ability to independently change the width of the clamp (by changing the orientation of the clamp on the Velcro mounting panel) depending on your needs.
The last elements of the set are two Velcro straps based on MOLLE mounting, allowing for possible installation on external carrying platforms of backpacks, vests or tactical belts.
The product is made of 700D Cordura, nylon tapes, 420D nylon with TPU coating and Hypalon.
CORDURA® 700 Den. Composition: 100% polyamide.
CORDURA® with a fiber thickness of 700 den is a combination of high wear and tear resistance of the classic 1000 den fabric with the lightness of a fabric with a fiber thickness of 500 den. This material is characterized by long-term stability and high abrasion and tear resistance.
420 DEN TPU nylon. Composition: 100% polyamide.
Extremely tear- and abrasion-resistant polyamide material which, thanks to the coating properties, can be processed with open edges.
Hypalon. Composition: ~70% polyethylene, ~25% chlorine, ~5% chlorosulfonyl groups (ClSO2-).
Hypalon is a synthetic rubber (CSM) made of chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSPE) known for its resistance to chemicals, extreme temperatures and ultraviolet light.
Nylon tape. Composition: 100% polyamide.
