LOWA Cold Weather Insoles are winter shoe insoles, which are primarily intended to isolate from the cold ground, but also to improve shock absorption, facilitate the removal of excess sweat and adapt to the individual, anatomical shape of the foot. Due to the fact that the inserts are intended for colder seasons, an outer felt layer is used. An additional aluminum-based layer is incorporated into the structure of the insert, which is intended to additionally insulate from the ground and reflect the heat generated by the body. The perforated bottom of the insert is made of stiffened polyethylene, which is designed to wick away moisture and provide additional cushioning. The insoles dry quickly after being removed from the shoes, so we recommend taking the insoles out to dry outdoors after all-day use.
