Jego konstrukcja zapobiega przechylaniu się popychacza na cztery różne sposoby dla poprawienia niezawodności, a polimer, z którego go wykonano ma właściwości anty hygroskopijne i samo nawilżające.

UWAGA: Popychacz jest niekompatybilny ze sprężyną magazynka USGI najnowszej generacji, wykorzystywaną wraz z piaskowym lub niebieskim (EPM) popychaczem. Nie jest on również zoptymalizowany pod kątem wykorzystania w stalowych magazynkach, o cieńszych niż standardowe ściankach.
