LOWA TF Climate Control Footbed Insoles are extremely important element of footwear, which is responsible for cushioning, draining excess sweat and fitting to the individual, anatomical shape of the foot. The insert has several layers, each with important functions.
1. Durable and abrasion-resistant textile material ensures a constantly dry surface for the foot.
2. A layer of perforated foam with open cells that captures excess perspiration.
3. A layer of very durable and flexible ALVEO polyolefin foam with cushioning properties. The structure of the foam is micro channels filled with material from the fourth layer.
4. Textile material drains all the sweat produced by the feet, into ventilation channels in the upper.
In addition, the entire inner surface (bottom) of the insert has durable perforations, responsible for the transport of moist air accumulated inside the ventilation zones in the upper. The insoles quickly dry out after being removed from the footwear, so we recommend pulling out the insoles to be dried outdoors after all-day use.
