Combat-ID IR/IFF Gen. 2 IR Velcro patch made with smooth black material with filter that reflects only infrared light and can be observed only with night vision equipment. It can be used as IFF emblem to quick identify friendly forces at night or in poor visibility to prevent friendly-fire. At Gen.2 only black color on patch reflects the light.
