This second generation of the popular ACRO™ sight delivers even greater resilience and extended operating time, all while retaining a compact form factor—making it an excellent choice for professional, dynamic, and recreational shooting applications. The ACRO™ (Advanced Compact Reflex Optic) series is engineered to withstand extreme operating conditions: each model is tested for resistance to shocks, vibrations, temperature fluctuations, and the stress produced by firing over 20,000 rounds of .40 S&W ammunition.
In the second-generation ACRO—model P-2, Aimpoint’s engineers introduced improved electronics that provide enhanced protection against external factors, longer battery life, and broader night-vision compatibility. The side-mounted CR2032 battery can be replaced without removing the sight from the firearm, preventing loss of zero. The aluminum housing (anodized 7075-T6) is resistant to recoil, drops, and harsh weather conditions, with waterproofing up to 35 meters (IPX8 rating) ensuring reliability even in highly humid environments. Featuring a 3.5 MOA red dot and 10 brightness levels (6 for daytime, 4 for night vision), the ACRO P-2 easily adapts to various shooting scenarios—from nighttime engagements to dynamic competition shooting.
