The plates are designed to adapt to the shape of the body, allowing for natural movement during workouts. Their flexible EVA foam compression shell covers the steel weight core, ensuring safety and a high level of comfort.
The set includes two plates weighing 5.75 lb each, for a total of 11.5 lb (approximately 5.2 kg) of additional load. The plates fit the following 5.11® vests:
Thanks to their dimensions of 13" x 9.75" x 0.8" (about 33 cm x 25 cm x 2 cm), the plates easily fit into dedicated compartments, and their flexibility makes them simple to insert and remove.
Safety of Use
Before starting your workout, make sure the plates are properly secured using the internal strap and the external closure flap in the vest. Remember that these plates serve only as added weight to increase the intensity of sports training! Do not use as ballistic protection!
