Reinforced Cummerbund from Tasmanian Tiger consists of two mirror-identical parts. Each element has a quick release connector type ROC 80 from the Italian company Due Emme [2M], equipped with a handle made of a cord protected with a polymer sheath. The opposite ends of the belts have Velcro fasteners on both sides for integration with the vest under the surface of the back panel. Velcro installation is a loose socket with a four-layer elastic band sewn inside, which ensures optimal compression of the installed panels. Elastic bands are attached to a 75 cm wide belt, stiffened with polyamide and trimmed with Cordura. The belt on the outside is covered with an additional layer of laser-cut Cordura, which constitutes a MOLLE/PALS mounting panel with a length of 6 columns and a height of three rows. The mounting panels do not have a middle row of tape (similar to MOLLE skeletal structures), which significantly simplifies attaching additional equipment and greatly facilitates the possible reconfiguration of the carried equipment. The inner side of the belt is covered with soft fleece (loops).

The product is made of Cordura with a fiber thickness of 500 Den, treated with IRR, and includes buckles made of Acetal.
CORDURA® 500 DEN treated with IRR. Composition: 100% polyamide.
Classic CORDURA® made of air-textured 500 Denier nylon 6.6 with high tensile strength. The material compliant with TL 8305-0278 is characterized by long-term stability, high abrasion and tear resistance. CORDURA® fabrics are respected around the world and regardless of application, CORDURA® fabric offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, making it the first choice for durable fabrics.
The IRR-treated material meets the high standards of the German Bundeswehr TL 8305-0281 in terms of the IRR camouflage effect (IRR 650 - 1250nm / 10 - 42%).
ACETAL. Composition: 100% acetal
Acetal is a crystalline thermoplastic polymer material. Acetal is characterized by excellent tensile strength, stiffness, surface hardness and chemical resistance. Acetal is characterized by excellent bending memory and retaining properties under repeated loads. The normal temperature range for short-term use is -40°F to +270°F (-40°C to +132°C). Acetal is recommended for high-performance applications, and Tasmanian Tiger uses this material for backpack buckles. The physical properties remain unchanged over a wide range of temperatures, relative humidity and weather conditions.
