The product is made of durable and light 500D Cordura, meets IP64 waterproof standards and is compatible with MOLLE/PALS systems.
The waterproof Tac Pouch 1 WP from Tasmanian Tiger has a bag structure with a stiffened and rolled inlet, secured with 25 mm MOLLE surface buckles, fastened on the side sectors of the pocket. This bag has a capacity of 5 liters and is equipped with a removable cover to protect sensitive electronic devices, made of 6 millimeters of shock-absorbing foam covered with polyamide fabric. The removable lining is integrated with the interior of the bag via four small Velcro fasteners, which makes the assembly and disassembly of this element without any difficulties, and the use of the mentioned lining will effectively protect sensitive vision equipment, such as a camera, camcorder, rangefinder or simply binoculars. The lining has a decomposable structure, its walls are integrated with each other using Velcro, so it can be easily cleaned of any dirt resulting from use. The body of the entire pocket has taped seams, which guarantees impermeability of liquids and dirt, and thanks to the use of fabric with a water column resistance of up to 10,000 millimeters, we can be sure about the safety of the electronics carried. The bag meets the IP64 waterproof, splashproof and dustproof standards. The bag should not be fully immersed in liquids, as the roll closure does not guarantee 100% moisture impermeability, especially when the external water pressure increases.
On the front wall of the bag's body, at the outer edges of the pocket, there are two vertical Daisy-type straps, allowing for the attachment of additional equipment and the independent construction of a front carrying basket or bilateral side compression made of a bungee cord (cord not included). The buckles fastening the roll-top closure are located on the sides of the bag and have removable female parts of the buckles, attached to single, laser-cut MOLLE loops. The MOLLE carrying panels on the sides of the pockets have additional loops for attaching a shoulder strap (strap not included), which allows the pocket to be conveniently used as a separate bag. On the back wall of the Tac Pouch 1 WP there is a laser-cut MOLLE mounting platform with two nylon straps with stiffened ends and handles to simplify installation. The location of the mounting straps requires a width of four MOLLE columns at the target installation location. Additionally, there are two fabric loops on the top and side edges of the pocket mounting platform, allowing for a number of alternative installation routes. In addition to being used as a separate hand luggage, the bag can be successfully installed on a hip belt, directly on a trouser belt, on a backpack in almost any location, thanks to the wide alternative integration methods to MOLLE and on any MOLLE/PALS carrying platform with a width of at least four columns.
The product is made of Cordura with a fiber thickness of 500 Den. Composition 100% polyamide.
