Tasmanian Tiger MOLLE Panel ZP is a replaceable panel for plate carriers from the manufacturer's ZP series and others, equipped with an integrated pocket for a hydration bladder, Daisy chains on the side edges, adapters for classic MOLLE straps, special MOLLE mounting strips with compatible locks for installation on carriers not containing zip fasteners. Made of laser-cut 500D Cordura treated with IRR.

The replaceable MOLLE ZP panel for Tasmanian Tiger vests consists of a large, laser-cut 700 Denier Cordura panel with dimensions of 310 millimeters vertically and 250 millimeters horizontally. It contains 5 MOLLE mounting columns with 11 rows of tapes (12 slots), allowing for any configuration of modules on the outer space of the vest, and Daisy chains on the side edges (8 anchor points each), which allow for alternative installation of equipment or independent construction of carrying baskets using elastic bungee cords. The panel has a built-in pocket for the hydration system, closed with Velcro and enriched with handles that simplify operation when wearing tactical gloves. Inside the mentioned pocket there is a fixed paracord loop and an adjustable Velcro strap, thanks to which the pocket can accommodate the installation of hydration systems of various designs. The MOLLE ZP Tasmanian Tiger replacement panel is one of the additions to the Plate Carrier QR LC ZP from this manufacturer. This series is focused on the rapid reorientation of equipment depending on the complexity of the operational situation, thus allowing for an immediate change of the operational purpose of the ballistic plate carrier by replacing panels with various modules, previously configured to specific equipment requirements.

Although the Tasmanian Tiger MOLLE ZP panel was manufactured for the Tasmanian Tiger Plate Carrier QR LC ZP vest, it can also be easily mounted on vests from other manufacturers available on the market, the necessary condition for successful zip installation is the appropriate size and length of the zipper ( Type: Vision, Size: 10, Length: 240 mm). The manufacturer also made a nod to the operators of older types of vests (not equipped with a zip mount) by including two MOLLE strips in the set, allowing for the installation of a zipper system on the side edges of the vests, thus increasing their range of functionality and eliminating the need to purchase a newer type of vest. The strips have an installation side with a woven strap with a laser-cut skeleton structure, which significantly simplifies and speeds up installation, and a utility side with laser-cut MOLLE slots, thanks to which we do not lose the mounting columns after installing the adapter strips. The parameter necessary for the correct and functional installation of the panel with the adapter strips is the width of 6 MOLLE mounting columns on the outside of the plate carrier. The panel on the top edge has two nylon straps for mounting on the top section of the carrier and stiffened MOLLE anchors with integrated Velcro allowing for stabilization of the panel on the vest. At the bottom of the back of the panel there are nylon straps with snaps to stabilize the panel at the bottom of the vest. The set is additionally supplemented with two classic MOLLE strap adapters.

The product is made of 500 Den Cordura, treated with IRR. Composition 100% polyamide.
Classic CORDURA® made of air-textured 500 Denier nylon 6.6 with high tensile strength. The material compliant with TL 8305-0278 is characterized by long-term stability, high abrasion and tear resistance. CORDURA® fabrics are respected around the world and regardless of application, CORDURA® fabric offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, making it the first choice for durable fabrics.
The IRR-treated material meets the high standards of the German Bundeswehr TL 8305-0281 in terms of the IRR camouflage effect (IRR 650 - 1250nm / 10 - 42%).
