The Tasmanian Tiger Bungee Cord Set is a set of shockcord holders and clamps with a single bungee cord up to 6 meters long, intended for independent mounting structures and as a replacement supplement for repairs and improvements of existing equipment.
The set consists of six clamps (stoppers) for lines and strings made of Acetal, intended for installation on lines with a diameter of 4 millimeters (two lines at a time), four Hypalon handles for double winding through the line, intended for the construction of clamps (closures). for magazines installed in open pouches or for the design of a handle that facilitates the operation of the carrying basket while wearing gloves. The final and most important element of the kit is six meters of flexible bungee cord, intended for the construction of various flexible anchoring solutions in equipment spaces. ACETAL. Composition: 100% acetal
Acetal is a crystalline thermoplastic polymer material. Acetal is characterized by excellent tensile strength, stiffness, surface hardness and chemical resistance. Acetal is characterized by excellent bending memory and retaining properties under repeated loads. The normal temperature range for short-term use is -40°F to +270°F (-40°C to +132°C). Acetal is recommended for high-performance applications, and Tasmanian Tiger uses this material for backpack buckles. The physical properties remain unchanged over a wide range of temperatures, relative humidity and weather conditions.
HYPALON. Composition: ~70% polyethylene, ~25% chlorine, ~5% chlorosulfonyl groups (ClSO2-).
Hypalon is a synthetic rubber (CSM) made of chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSPE) known for its resistance to chemicals, extreme temperatures and ultraviolet light.
