Modular Support Bag is a handy Clam Shell bag, made of 700D Cordura, intended for transporting pre-medical equipment. Padded walls, interior with Velcro MOLLE panels, numerous anchor points inside, MOLLE panels on the outside and an interior detachable mesh pocket with organizer on the back are just some of the advantages of this aesthetic bag.
The Modular Support Bag from the Tasmanian Tiger brand is a classic shoulder bag that, thanks to the Clam Shell construction, opens completely via a double YKK® zipper. The bag consists of a spacious single cargo compartment with a capacity of five liters. The interior of the Modular Support bag is protected by 5 mm of shock-absorbing foam located inside each wall of the body (including the bottom, top and side walls). Inside the cargo compartment, the rear wall is lined with two laser-cut Velcro MOLLE panels with dimensions of 2 columns with 6 MOLLE rows each, supplemented on both sides with three pairs of laser-cut nylon grommets, intended for cable organizers made of flexible bungee cord (two bungee cords with clamps are included in the kit). The two mentioned Velcro MOLLE panels are divided by a narrow (one MOLLE column) strip of soft Velcro for integrating additional pockets using the Hook and Loop method. There are three elastic band grommets on the bottom and top, allowing for the attachment of additional first aid equipment. On the opposite side, on the inner wall of the front, there are four horizontal strips of soft Velcro tape, allowing the integration of additional equipment (pockets, pouches, containers) in the space of the opening flap. A fabric pocket with a mesh structure is attached to the above-mentioned wall via Velcro, with an adjustable bungee cord drawstring at the entry line, thanks to which the equipment placed inside will not be lost when the bag is fully opened and placed on the user's shoulder or any supporting platform. On the back of the detachable mesh pocket, there is an organizer for first aid equipment in the form of two rows of elastic tape with three eyelets each. An additional advantage of the detachable pocket is the ability to close the Velcro fastening and use it as a separate, non-integrated container.
There are numerous MOLLE carrying platforms on the outside of the bag. On the front wall there is a laser-cut carrying platform with dimensions of 6 columns with 5 MOLLE rows, and just above it there is a wide identification panel made of soft Velcro, intended for personalizing the bag or describing the contents with patches. On the side walls, just below the eyelets with the attached shoulder strap, there are two narrow carrying platforms measuring 1 column with 3 MOLLE rows, allowing for attaching additional side pockets. At the top of the bag there is a holster for emergency scissors with additional security in the form of a strap fastened with a steel snap. There is a soft Velcro on the outer surface of the scissors holster that allows you to additionally mark the bag with patches. On the back of the Modular Support bag there is a MOLLE reverse, equipped with four nylon straps, spaced across the width of six MOLLE columns, allowing you to conveniently install the bag as a medical pouch on any supporting platform compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system. Additionally, on the edge of the rear wall, there are 6 webbing grommets, allowing for attaching additional equipment or allowing for anchoring and moving the container in an alternative way. In the central part of the back wall (between the MOLLE reverse) there is a long, narrow pocket closed with Velcro, intended for convenient carrying of a set of MOLLE Tasmanian Tiger sticks (MOLLE Stick Set no.: 7329), which are included in the set. MOLLE sticks are a set of two anchor adapters replacing straps. This innovative quick release system will allow for rapid assembly and disassembly of the Modular Support bag on the spaces of the carrying platforms of any tactical equipment. The sticks are made of extremely durable Acetal and are fully compatible with MOLLE/PALS. The Modular Support bag also comes with four Woojin plastic® brand quick release buckles with detachable mounts on male buckles and detachable MOLLE mounts on female buckles. The bag also includes an adjustable shoulder strap, 25 millimeters wide, with open-mount steel hooks on both sides, which allows you to quickly change the way the bag is hung.
The product is made of Cordura with a fiber thickness of 700 Den. Composition 100% polyamide.
CORDURA® with a fiber thickness of 700 den is a combination of high wear and tear resistance of the classic 1000 den fabric with the lightness of a fabric with a fiber thickness of 500 den. This material is characterized by long-term stability and high abrasion and tear resistance.
