The heart of the sight is a state-of-the-art thermal imaging matrix made of vanadium oxide (VOX) with a resolution of 384x288 pixels, where the size of a single pixel is 12 micrometers. The Saim SCT35 V2 is also equipped with an LCOS display with a resolution of 1280x960 pixels, which features an extraordinary depth of black that exceeds the standards available in other thermal imaging devices.
