The silencer is made entirely of high-grade AISI 314 and AISI 304 stainless steel, used, for example, in the manufacture of aircraft engines. Cerakote's ceramic protective coating provides exceptional resistance to temperatures as high as 1000°C. As a result, Cerakote coating protects the muffler from mechanical damage and negative effects of chemical agents. In addition, the technology used guarantees color fastness even during intensive use.
The mounting system is based on OB (over barrell) thread mount, which is located inside the device, allowing the suppressor to be slid over the barrel and thus reducing the overall length.
The manufacture of Tactinox 5.56 suppressors with EASYCLEAN technology allows for thorough disposal of powder residues, and specially designed chambers allow for easy and complete removal of liquids after cleaning is completed
