The first aid kit consists of a horizontal pocket with optimal side compression, surrounding a one-sided pull-out insert for organizing rescue resources, the mentioned insert in the form of a Velcro-fastened folder with numerous equipment anchor points, and a detachable platform of the MOLLE/PALS mounting system, integrated with the pocket via Velcro (hook-and-loop).
On the front wall of the emergency cartridge pocket, there is a large area of soft Velcro (loops), secured with a patch of hard Velcro with a white medical cross and the abbreviation IFAK printed on it. This space can be successfully used to personalize the first aid kit with patches. On both sides of the mentioned space, there are three grommets of an elastic band symmetrically integrated with the pocket, creating a set of grommets in three columns, extending to the rear wall with additional grommets, providing optimal, bilateral side compression of the pocket. On the rear wall of the medical container, there are four hard Velcro strips (hooks), which are the point of integration with the MOLLE/PALS mounting panel, and an additional handle for quickly removing the container from the installation space.
The removable first aid kit insert, equipped with a red handle (rescue color), is foldable and closed using a Velcro tab, and also has steel eyelets on the corners, allowing the installation of an organizer opening regulator or paracord handles, which can facilitate the opening of the folder and speed up the removal of the necessary items pre-medical aid (the first aid kit is not equipped with pre-medical aid). The organizer has an administrative pocket on the front wall with a vinyl viewer that allows you to place personal medical information, such as allergies and chronic diseases, or personal guidelines for providing first aid, or even first aid training materials. Inside the foldable insert there are two large open pockets, opening inwards. On the outer space of both pockets there are three columns of elastic tape, creating grommets in a 2-4-2 arrangement; the use of different sizes of grommets will allow you to easily configure the contents to your individual needs.
The assembly system of the first aid kit, integrated with the back wall of the medic container with Velcro, is based on four nylon straps with hardened ends, compatible with MOLLE/PALS systems, thanks to which we can successfully install it on any supporting platform of our equipment - backpack, belt or vest, as well as directly on the trouser belt up to 70 millimeters wide in a horizontal position. The pocket requires a width of five MOLLE columns for installation. The first aid kit is equipped with narrow Velcro caps used in the removable insert and an additional Velcro installation extension.

CORDURA® with a fiber thickness of 700 den is a combination of high wear and tear resistance of the classic 1000 den fabric with the lightness of a fabric with a fiber thickness of 500 den. The material complies with Bundeswehr TL 8305-0278 standards and is characterized by long-term stability and high abrasion and tear resistance. The IRR-treated material meets the high standards of the German Bundeswehr TL 8305-0281 in terms of the IRR camouflage effect (IRR 650 - 1250nm / 10 - 42%).
