CORDURA® with a fiber thickness of 700 den is a combination of high wear and tear resistance of the classic 1000 den fabric with the lightness of a fabric with a fiber thickness of 500 den. The material complies with Bundeswehr TL 8305-0278 standards and is characterized by long-term stability and high abrasion and tear resistance.
The pocket consists of one large compartment, closed with a two-way YKK® zipper. The "Clam Shell" design allows for complete opening of the container and easy access to its contents. The pocket, unlike its smaller version, is equipped with a flexible and adjustable shockcord, allowing you to adjust the pocket opening level to individual preferences or current needs. Inside the chamber, starting from the rear wall of the container, we will find an identification tab, installed on the wall of the container via Velcro, made of Cordura and transparent vinyl, giving full insight into the ID or document located inside. The flap is equipped with double-sided loops for quick tearing and two types of Velcro (hard and soft), thanks to which we can close the mentioned Velcro and hang the ID tag around the neck using a rope (a rope used to adjust the opening of the container is ideal for this purpose). Below the installation site of the identification tab, there is a small organizer with flexible eyelets for carrying writing utensils and a large pocket for documents, closed with a small Velcro fastener and an additional loop for convenient opening. On the surface of this pocket there are two additional pockets for smaller electronics or tools for orientation in the field, closed with a similar Velcro with a loop for convenient opening. On the surface of the left additional pocket, there is a small pocket made of elastic tape, adapted to carry small electronics the size of a pendrive. On the surface of the right pocket, there are two small pockets made of elastic tape, adapted to carry memory cards in rigid housings. Moving to the front wall of the chamber's interior, we find a spacious pocket closed with Velcro and equipped with quick opening loops, made entirely of transparent vinyl, adapted to carry documentation or a map and giving quick insight into the content of the documents contained or the location marked on the map. On the lower edge of the vinyl visor, two elastic loops have been integrated for attaching additional equipment or carrying writing utensils.
On the front wall of the administrative tray, there is a small area of soft Velcro, allowing for quick identification or personalization of the pocket using patches. On the rear, outer wall of the container, there are three columns of elastic tape sewn symmetrically to the body, thus creating four flexible grommets on each side and four grommets hidden under the mounting system, thus allowing the installation of equipment that exceeds the width of the pocket, e.g.: large flashlight, chemical light, low-profile knife of last resort, etc. The pocket attachment system is based on a MOLLE panel with two stiffened, snap-lock straps. The mounting system has been integrated with the container only at the upper and lower edges, thus creating a large space under the mounting system, allowing the container to be hung directly on the belt.
