The Helikon SAS Smock Jacket is a modern reinterpretation of the classic smock military model, which draws inspiration from the tradition of SAS (Special Air Service) units. It is a full-length zip jacket that perfectly fills the gap between two other anoraks offered by Helikon-Tex: the heavier Pilgrim Anorak and the lighter Woodsman Anorak. Made of durable Duracanvas material, which can be waxed, it guarantees protection against light rain and snow.

The SAS Smock jacket is distinguished by its lightness and versatility. Its simple cut and adjustable features make it perfect for wearing in a variety of conditions. The hood is adjustable in two planes, allowing it to be adapted to various situations, e.g. depending on weather conditions or the hat worn. Two drawstrings, one at the waist and the other at the lower edge, allow you to adjust the fit of the jacket to the body, which allows you to control ventilation. Additionally, vents placed under the arms provide additional air circulation, which makes the jacket suitable for both summer and winter.

The SAS Smock jacket also offers plenty of practical pockets, making it an ideal choice for bushcraft enthusiasts. It has a total of eight pockets: four classic pockets on the front, which can be fastened with Canadian buttons, and two additional ones located on the sides and closed with zippers. This is not only a reference to the tradition of British uniform jackets, but above all practicality. The chest pockets have special loops that allow you to tie your equipment, protecting it from getting lost. For bushcraft enthusiasts, it is also possible to attach the gloves using paracord to the loop on the edge of the jacket.
