Templars Gear Shingle AR/AK GEN5 Mag Pouch is the latest generation of quick shingle pouches with new mounting system, designed to carry AR and AK magazines.
The new generation of shingle pouches has a simple, undivided chamber with composite stiffening, which prevents the front wall from collapsing and was made of light and very durable Cordura laminate.
At the top of the pouch there is an elastic drawstring with a profiled puller that effectively protects the magazines against falling out and it's easy to operate. At the front, the pouch also has two columns of laser cut slots compatible with the MOLLE/PLAS system, which allow you to attach an additional pistol pouch or carabiner.
The latest generation has a new pouch attachment system, which is based on a cut-out panel at the back and two straps. Both parts are made of light and durable polymer, which additionally stiffens the entire structure. Additionally, both mounting straps are not permanently attached to the platform, which makes them less susceptible to damage and easier to replace in case of wear. The system is easy to install and allows you to attach the pouch to any MOLLE panel of a vest or belt.
