The Patriot MK2 is a fleece hoodie made of a new 340 g/m2 Hybrid Fleece material, which combines weight reduction with improved breathability, while maintaining the excellent thermal properties characteristic of the original. However, this is only the beginning of the improvements in the Patriot MK2.
Light and Warm Thanks to Hybrid Fleece
The innovative Hybrid Fleece material consists of two layers with different properties. The outer layer is a traditional fleece, while the inner layer is grid fleece, known from Alpha Hoodie and Alpha Tactical jackets. This distinctive fine-grid structure consists of thicker, raised square pieces of fleece separated by thinner gaps. Thanks to this, the Patriot MK2 is lighter and more breathable, while maintaining excellent thermal insulation. The comfort of use is also ensured by zippers in the ventilation areas under the arms, which help regulate the temperature.
Functionality & Practical Pockets
The Helikon Patriot MK2 offers much more than just comfort and insulation. Designed with functionality in mind, it has as many as seven pockets that will allow you to carry handy equipment. Two of them are located at the level of the chest, and two new ones, located lower, on the hips. This solution gives the user more freedom in the arrangement and access to their belongings. In addition, two pockets on the shoulders and one inner pocket allow you to store the most important items.
Modern Design & Additional Improvements
The modern and anatomic cut is now more fitted, not restricting the user's movements. For added comfort and functionality, the fleece features laser-cut Velcro panels on the shoulders with pass-through pen slots.
