The Tasmanian Tiger Tac Pouch 6.1 is a medium-sized, multi-functional tool pouch with a vertical arrangement and a foldable main compartment, equipped with numerous equipment anchor points, elastic straps, a mesh pocket and a Velcro patch to keep small equipment tidy. Pocket made of 700 Den Cordura, fully compatible with MOLLE/PALS modular systems.
The design of the container is based on the main compartment with a clam shell structure, fastened with a double YKK® zipper, allowing the pocket to be fully opened. Inside the main compartment, there is a spacious mesh pocket (with additional elastic bands), fastened with zippers with access on both sides (top - bottom), allowing for convenient use of the fully open container without fear of losing the carried supplies. Inside, on the back wall, there is a large loop panel (soft Velcro), enabling the installation of equipment or additional pockets and organizers via the Velcro platform (hook-and-loop). On both sides of the platform, there are additional loops of elastic bands (three rows per side), vertical webbing tapes and paracord eyelets, which constitute numerous anchor points for tools.
On the front wall of the container, there is a large, flat pocket, closed with a zipper, intended for smaller equipment, an area of soft fleece allowing for personalization with patches, and two narrow, vertical webbing straps (along the side edges), which can be used as additional attachment points for resources or a platform for construction of the carrying basket made of an elastic bungee cord, an additional idea for using the top anchor points of this strap system in correlation with the mentioned internal paracord eyelets is the possibility of independently constructing the pocket opening regulator (the bungee cord is not included in the pocket).
The container mounting system is based on two nylon straps with hardened ends, compatible with MOLLE/PALS systems, thanks to which we can successfully install it on any supporting platform of our equipment - a backpack, tactical belt or vest. The pocket requires the width of four MOLLE columns for installation. The MOLLE reverse used in the tray also allows for direct installation on a trouser belt with a width of 38 millimeters to 70 millimeters.
The product is made of Cordura with a fiber thickness of 700 Den. Composition 100% polyamide.
CORDURA® with a fiber thickness of 700 den is a combination of high wear and tear resistance of the classic 1000 den fabric with the lightness of a fabric with a fiber thickness of 500 den. This material is characterized by long-term stability and high abrasion and tear resistance.
