LOWA ZEPHYR MK2 GTX HI is a mission boot that achieves the ideal balance between agility, lightness and stability. The HI-CUT upper provides the support needed during parachute jumping and fast roping. The upper is made from a combination of water-repellent, tear-resistant suede and abrasion-resistant, breathable CORDURA® material. An innovative locking hook allows the lacing to be indi­vidually adjusted in the forefoot and ankle area. The waterproof, highly breathable GORE-TEX Extended Comfort footwear laminate is ideal for use in moderate or relatively wet envir­onments. The dual-layer PU midsole with a MONOWRAP® frame surrounds and supports the foot like an exoskeleton.

Features:

  • Improved, lightweight construction in a modern design
  • HI upper made of high quality suede leather with a thickness of 1.4-1.6 mm and high abrasion resistant Cordura
  • GORE-TEX® membrane to wick excess moisture away and protect against water ingress inside the shoe
  • No seams in the flexion zone
  • Injection molded sole with LOWA Monowrap outer skeleton
  • Non-slip outer sole, made of rubber with LOWA® X-TRAC MILITARY tread
  • Replaceable Air Control cushioning insert
  • Lacing system based on nylon and metal eyelets
  • Metal eyelet with locking system for two-zone lacing and ankle stabilization
  • Stretch fabric pocket on the tongue to secure tied laces
  • A small loop at the back of the upper, making it easy to take off and put on the shoes
  • Certified as work shoes according to DIN EN ISO 20347: 2012
  • Weight: approx. 1250 g (pair for size 8 UK)
