Agilite K-Zero Plate Carrier is a modern tactical plate carrier, which has been designed as a lightweight and modular low-profile platform, enabling convenient carrying of ballistic inserts and additional equipment. Well-thought-out design solutions not only enable quick and easy configuration change, but also ensure a high level of ergonomics and comfort, even when worn for many hours.
The vest was made of high-quality Cordura 500D Mil-Spec Nylon, thanks to which the entire structure maintains a perfect balance between low weight and durability. The Agilite K-Zero Plate Carrier is available in two sizes and consists of a front and back panel, which are adapted to stable carrying of SAPI/ESAPI ballistic inserts. Ballistic are inserted into the pocket from the bottom and additionally secured with Velcro. To ensure high comfort and improve air circulation, both panels are trimmed with a dense spacer mesh from the side of the body. The front of the vest is trimmed with a soft material that allows you to attach a panel with mag pouches. In addition, both at the front and at the back, it has laser-cut MOLLE/PALS slots, which allows for expansion with additional elements, depending on the user's needs.
In the upper part there are adjustable and wide shoulder straps, which, together with the Agilite proprietary V design spreads the weight over 8 different suspension points so there are zero hot spots. Strategically placed low profile closed cell padding gives you an unprecedented amount of comfort, without adding bulk or interfering with your stockweld.
In the lower part there is a minimalist Cummerbund belt, which still allows the attachment of additional elements. The belt itself is designed in such a way as to ensure the fastest and best fit. For this purpose, the adjustment is based on finishing the waist with Velcro and special straps, which, after a quick pull, remove the excess of the tape. In addition, the belt has flexible elements, which allows the whole to work to a small extent during dynamic movement. Of course, the belt can be completely removed and replaced with an Agilite Warfighter™ Cummerbund or another belt that is attached with Velcro.
