The Maskpol TM-04 Dump Bag - MAPA B is a capacious recovery bag from the Polish manufacturer, Maskpol, which allows us to avoid the need to re-insert an empty magazine into the pouch, thus significantly accelerating and facilitating the organization of ammunition while performing tasks. Bag in unique MAPA B camouflage.
The bag has a stiffened inlet, thanks to which it remains in the open position, which makes it easier to place used equipment inside. In addition, it is closed with a Velcro flap, equipped with a handle for quicker access. The inlet is equipped with a collar with an adjustable drawstring to prevent the contents from falling out. The bag has two additional pockets for rifle magazines inside the main compartment. The bottom of the pocket is made entirely of a material with a MESH structure, it perfectly drains water and small impurities that get inside while performing duties or exercising in the field. When the use of the recovery bag is not necessary, we can quickly roll it up and fasten it with the aforementioned Velcro flap.
The bag mounting system is based on a stiffened, laser-cut Molle panel with two straps, it is dedicated to installation on Molle / Pals platforms placed on tactical vests and backpacks. We can also successfully install this pocket on the waist.
The MAPA camouflage was created by Maciej Dojlitko, a graduate and currently a researcher at the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, the author of, among others, publication Theory of visual message deconstruction. Military camouflage design tools (Gdańsk 2015). The innovative project, supported by convincing theoretical and experimental arguments, including computer analysis of thousands of photographs of the terrain, drew the attention of specialists and manufacturers of military clothing.
