M-Tac Elite Horizontal Medical Pouch Coyote (10163023) is a small version of popular first aid kit pouch with vertical mount, designed to carry the necessary first aid supplies on a vest or tactical belt.
The first-aid kit consists of a main pouch with side handles and an elastic sleeve fastened with velcro, in which the container is attached by pressing and secured with small Velcro patch. Inside the pocket there are elastic loops that allow you to organize the contents, and the whole thing is closed with a zipper.
The mounting system of the first aid kit is based on two straps, which allows you to attach a belt, backpack or tactical vest to any MOLLE platform.
