The folding shovel from Schrade is made of 1055 carbon steel painted black. It has a sharpened blade, locked in the open position by means of a steel nut with non-slip grooves. Just behind the blade, at the very beginning of the handle, there is a steel foot that allows you to increase the force of biting into the soil with your body weight. The handle is made of steel, has a five-step length adjustment, secured with a special double-sided anchor clamp in the holes cut in the handle. The tool ends with a T-shaped handle, made of an aluminum rod covered with polypropylene with a non-slip texture.
The set also includes a nylon cover for the shovel tip itself, fastened with steel press studs, equipped with a belt attachment with a maximum width of 65 millimeters.
