The Ka-Bar 1274 folding saw blade, over 20 centimeters long, is made of 65Mn carbon steel with a thickness of 1.3 mm and a satin finish. It has an opposing arrangement of teeth, creating two cutting edges. In the event of chipping or wear of the saw teeth, it is possible to quickly replace the entire saw blade.
The ergonomic handle is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon, covered with high-density textured rubber.
