Vortex StrikeFire II Red is a more precise and smaller version of the manufacturer's popular, older design. The collimator is still one of the more budget-friendly designs in this class of optics. The sight is extremely durable, also in terms of weapon energy. It easily withstands 1,000 shots fired from Magnum 375 H&H, whose energy is up to three times higher than the popular .223 caliber. Aiming at StrikeFire II Red is done using a bright red dot, 4 MOA in size. Its brightness is, of course, adjustable, so you can adapt it to the lighting conditions. The distance from the eye is unlimited, making target acquisition and aiming extremely fast. The collimator is powered by a single CR2 battery, and its lifespan reaches up to six thousand (!) hours at the lowest and approximately three hundred hours at the highest. The optics are free of parallax error, which allows you to take quick shots without having to close one eye. The set includes an additional, high ring, 40 mm high. It allows the use of adapters, e.g. Flat Top AR15.
The Vortex StrikeFire II Red is another great red dot sight that will work best for short to medium range shooting.
