Eze-Lap Diamond Duo-Grit 2x6 inch Sharpening Stone (DD6SF/C) is a whetstone in the form of a small stone covered with diamond dust on both sides with a universal 1200 and 250 grit, which will allow for comprehensive sharpening of cutting edges.
Small size makes it fit into a pocket or as an essential accessory when traveling. The compact size of the stone and a leather cover to protect against damage allow it to be conveniently carried in a pocket or in a backpack. The stone is suitable for all types of steel and ceramics, it is not recommended to use any oils, we work dry or with the use of water.
IMPORTANT: Chipping of the abrasive layer is normal on a new diamond whetstone and should resolve when the stone is lapped. However, you should not apply high pressure during sharpening, because it significantly accelerates the wear of the diamond whetstone, especially in the case of gradations higher than 600.
