Druid 275 produced by the American brand Steel Will is a knife that will be perfect for outdoor activities. This model can be called the smaller brother of Druid 270. The very similar line of the blade translates into high comfort for performing precise works. The primary use of Druid 275 is in the kitchen, so it will be perfect for bushcrafters or fishermen.
The Druid 275 model is made of 9Cr18MoV steel. It is a very good quality material characterized by a very low susceptibility to corrosion (9Cr18MoV is classified as stainless steel) combined with high abrasion resistance and good cutting aggression. A durable thermoplastic polymer is used for the handle. In combination with an interesting surface texture, it translates into a very secure grip, even in difficult conditions (e.g. when cutting with sweaty hands or wearing gloves).
The shape of the knife resembles classic filleting tools, or those designed for the "forest kitchen". The classic Drop Point blade used in most of the brand's models gave way to an interesting form of the Trailing point type, with the tip slightly above the handle line. This shape translates into great penetration of the tip, thanks to which precise cuts can be made with great ease. Compared to the "bigger brother" - Druid 270, this model is noticeably smaller. The handle, apart from convenient texturing, is shaped for maximum ergonomics. The widening of both its ends provide a secure support for the hand, and the hole for the rope allows for the use of additional belaying. The knife is sold complete with a scabbard made of durable black leather. The belt loop is attached to the D-ring, which ensures mobility. Thanks to this, the knife does not interfere, for example, when kneeling, sitting or doing some camp work.
