Condor EMT Leg Rig Coyote Brown (171192-498) is a customizable, drop leg platform with three pouches dedicated for paramedics. The MOLLE platform itself is one of the nicest out there. It's wider surface and single horizontal leg strap translate to a lower profile, higher riding leg rig. A great choice for wilderness work, wildland rescue or for a nurse working in a prison environment.

Fully adjustable leg strap with quick release buckle
Comes with three detachable pouches:
