The Nite Ize Steelie Car Mount Kit is one of the most convenient and effective phone mount systems and allows you to instantly attach your phone to virtually any location on your dashboard. It consists of a neodymium magnet enclosed in a 6061 aluminum housing that sticks to the phone's casing and a steel ball embedded in an aluminum casing that sticks to the dashboard. A strong, yet easy-to-peel and non-destructive 3M® VHB™ soft adhesive tape is used for installation. The spherical shape of the mounting makes it easy and convenient to rotate the attached telephone in any direction. The silicone insert in the phone mounting uses a little bit of force to glide easily over the smooth surface of the sphere. When detached from the car mount, the phone can then be attached to any metal surface, e.g. fridge doors, steel shelves and cabinets or a shopping trolley holder. Thanks to this solution it is easily visible and accessible at any time. Attention: the assembly to the phone contains a strong magnet.
